Description: SYNOPSIS: PROJECT TITLE: HEAD REHABILITATION, ADMINISTRATION BUILDING #262 – SECOND FLOOR, U.S. COAST GUARD TRAINING CENTER, CAPE MAY, NEW JERSEY SCOPE: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, services, and supervision necessary for the rehabilitation of two heads (1 male and 1 female restroom facilities) located in the Administration Building, Building #262 - Second Floor, USCG Training Center, Cape May (Cape May county), NJ. In general work shall include but are not limited to: Installation of New Finishes; Cleaning and reconnection of existing Plumbing Fixtures; Protection of existing HVAC and Electrical services; Installation of New Toilet Accessories; Restoring existing doors; Demolition of existing finishes and toilet accessories; Mobilization, demobilization and clean up; Supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, labor and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the USCG specifications, drawings, provisions, clauses and the terms and conditions which will be provided when all Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation document files become available for public download on or after 22 JANUARY 2010 exclusively from the internet by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at: http://www.fbo.gov. If it does not appear on that date, please check back daily. The date set for receipt of offers is approximately 22 FEBRUARY 2010. These dates are estimated and may change. NOTE: NO TELEPHONE, FACSIMILE, E-MAIL AND/OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS SHALL BE ACCEPTED. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
