Description
RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Contract Numbers W9128A-09-D-0007 through W9128A-09-D-0020. Only one of the 8(a) MATOC Contractors (Alutiiq-Mele, LLC; Hal Hays Construction, Inc.; Performance Systems, Inc.; C.W. Crosser Construction, Inc.; Dawson-DBS Hawaii, LLC; Engineering/Remediation Resources Group; StarCom Builders, Inc.; Elite Pacific Construction, Inc.; Niking Corporation; WEBCO; Innovative-Shintani, LLC; TOP Pacific Builders, LLC; SUMO-NAN JV II LLC; and Casas/Canyon Joint Venture) will be eligible to compete for award of a task order. The location of work is on the north and south sides of historic Building (Hangar) 110. Project scope to remove and replace existing rolling hangar doors, including miscellaneous hardware (attached to the door panel or affixed to the building), glass lites (windows) and personnel doors along the South side of the building. Remove and replace existing fixed and operable steel framed windows along the South Side of the building. Remove and replace existing personnel door, frame, and finish hardware at the office extension along the south side of the building. Remove and replace existing damaged glass louvers (fixed-in-place) and frames along the North side of the building. Remove and replace existing jalousie windows, including frames, hardware, vanes, and screens along the North side of the building. Work shall include all design, detailing, any necessary strengthening of existing openings for the replacement windows, louvers, and hangar doors. This notice is provided for information purposes only, and a task order RFP will be solicited competitively amongst the current 8(a) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) contractors for a task order award.
