- The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for ___Project 573-330, Construct New Parking Garage____ as required by drawings and specifications at Malcom Randall VA Medical Center Gainsville, Fl. The solicitation will be issued on or about 8 January 2010 and proposals will be due on or about February 20, 2010. THIS ACQUISITION IS SET-ASIDE 100% TO ELIGIBLE SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS FIRMS (SDVOSB). An organized pre-proposal site visit will be conducted on 13 January 2010 at 10:00AM, Contractors are to meet in the Auditorium(Room A036, Basement) Malcom Randall VAMC, Gainesville, Fl. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. No hardcopies will be available. Period of performance is 365 calendar days. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 and the business size standard is $33.5 Million. The magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
