Description
This Notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity will be competed and awarded under a current Multiple Award Contract (MAC) contract to one of the following contractors: · Paige Industrial Services Inc. - Reference Contract No. HHSN292200900010I •· Olgoonik Management Services, LLC - Reference Contract No. HHSN292200900011I •· G. Bailey Company - Reference Contract No. HHSN292200900012I •· Femco Inc. - Reference Contract No. HHSN292200900013I The scope of this project pertains to various renovations to the subject labs as noted above. This project covers replacement of fin tube radiation on levels 1 & 2 of building 10 - ACRF where original hot water fin tube was removed and replacement is required. Elsewhere there is inactive hot water fin tube areas that require heating and reactivation of the existing installation is necessary; this also applies to levels 3 thru 13 (tower). Replacements of the existing hot water riser/return, hot water pumps along with electrical upgrades are also a requirement. Successful Contractor shall: 1. Provide a CPM Schedule with their proposal. 2. Provide a Schedule of Values with invoices. 3. All change orders shall consist of 5% overhead w/ 5% profit,including subcontractors'. 4. Protect Government furniture and equipment during construction. 5. Perform all work during non-standard hours; 6:00PM through 6:00AM. 6. Each area of work is in an occupied area and shall be free of dust and debris and ceiling tiles replaced by 6:00AM each morning. 7. All existing fin tube that has been disconnected shall be tested for leaks and repaired and or replace prior to reconnection. 8. Provide a lineal foot cost to remove existing fin tube and provide fin tube as per de tails 2 on M5.01 and a cost per detail 4 on M5.01. 9. Conduct a weekly progress meeting; take minutes of each meeting and distribute a narrative summary to each person in attendance within three days after the meeting. 1 0. Provide two sets of as-built red line drawings. The detailed scope of work shall be displayed on drawings which will be sent to the contractor directly. THIS TASK WILL BE AWARDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009.
