Description
Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. The Government is performing market research on potential sources to provide the following support: Systems Engineering; Technology Development Integration and Validation; Technology Transfer; Technology Identification, Evaluation, and Demonstration; Program Support; Special Projects Support; and Information Integration Support. Support is for the United States Air Force (USAF) and Other Agencies as directed. Refer to the attached Draft Performance Work Statement for further information pertaining to the potential requirement. Services will be required primarily in and around Washington DC; USAF and Other Agency locations; and at other CONUS and OCONUS locations as directed. To be considered as a potential source for this requirement, interested parties must possess a demonstrated history of relevant past performance. In addition, interested parties shall meet all the following mandatory security requirements in order to be eligible to participate in any resultant acquisition: key personnel must be briefed at a minimum through Top Secret SCI and have a current SSBI; must maintain a certified Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) throughout the life of the proposed contract (anticipated at 5 years); and maintain personnel eligible for read-in access to Special Access Program/Special Access Required (SAP/SAR) caveat programs, as directed. Please note this synopsis is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for competitive bids/proposals and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the service outlined in this synopsis. The information received as a result of this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not this acquisition can be acquired on a competitive basis. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this sources sought synopsis. All responses shall be sent via email to James.Davis@hill.af.mil. Responses are due in the office by 1630 MST, 27 Jan 2010.
