- RECOVERY-RECREATION SITE RESURFACING REHAB-PHASE SAND LAKE CAMP GROUND-THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) PROCUREMENT. FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER Roads Construction Multiple Award IDIQ contract identified with solicitation AG-04T1-S-08-0008. Task order project will include: Pavement Patching, subgrade reconstruction and new Hot Asphalt Pavement Overlay. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the specification(s) and drawing(s). Anticipated period of performance for this task order is completion by 21 August 2010. The resulting order shall utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror will be required.
