- Contractor shall provide all nececssary supervision, coordination, planning, labor and materials as required to demolish existing walls, construction of new slab-slab walls, new ceiling grid and acoustical tiles, new carpet and rubber base, doors, concrete demolition, frames and hardware, electrical data infrastructure, patch/repair, paint new and existing walls, provide exit signs as required by code, reconfigure fire sprinklers and fire alarm devices as required by code and alteration of existing HVAC ductwork to service the new build-out for the U.S. District Court located @ the U.S. Courthouse, 312 North Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA, per the specifications. Estimated completion: within 180 calendar days. Plan and specification packages will be available on or after January 6, 2010. This procurement is reservced for small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demostration Program. The estimate price range is between $25,000.000 and $100,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on or after January 6, 2010. GSA is not issuing this solicitation electronically.
