Description

JOFOC for AWSSA Ceiling increase In accordance with the provisions set forth at FAR 5.201(b)(1)(ii) notice is hereby provided that the Social Security Administration will modify contract number SS00-05-60011, an IDIQ contract with Lockheed Martin Information Technology Commercial Corporation for specialized I.T. services. The additional effort will support critical, time-sensitive initiatives and enable modifications of agency system processes to meet court-imposed deadlines. The modification will increase the contract life-cycle ceiling value by approximately 2.75% ($17,481,840), from $525M to $542M. This change is made by mutual agreement of the parties under the terms of the contract (FAR 52.212-3(c)), and is made pursuant to the authority set forth at FAR 6.302-1, " Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), and the Government does not intend to pay for information received.
