Description
Attachment A - Specifications and/or Requirements SAA Request For Quotation Form RFQ-2010-004 The United States Senate, Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) seeks price quotations from manufacturer's authorized suppliers of 2010 Starcraft's AllStar 14-passenger shuttle buses (12 + 2WC configuration). REQUIREMENTS: All requirements are provided in this request for quotation. Note: The buses and all equipment and components must be new, not refurbished. Quote must be valid until September 30, 2010. The SAA will not accept any exceptions or qualifications. All items shall be priced FOB, Destination, Washington, DC. OFFEROR INSTRUCTIONS: The Offeror's response must contain the following completed documents: 1) SAA Request for Quotation Form RFQ-2010-004; 2) Attachment A - Specifications and/or Requirements 2010 Paratransit Bus; and 3) Dealership Certification or Letter of Authorization to sell from Starcraft Bus to be provided by Offerror as Attachment B. The response shall be submitted electronically via email only to acquisitions2010@saa.senate.gov. (The SAA will not accept any faxes or mail deliveries). The subject line of the email message shall be RFQ-2010-004 "Shuttle Buses." Quotations must be received no later than January 19, 2010, at 5:00 PM EDT. Questions regarding this request for quotation must be submitted in writing to acquisitions2010@saa.senate.gov, no later than 12:00 Noon EDT on January 11, 2010. Although the SAA does not anticipate any amendment, the Offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for release of amendments (if any). The SAA will not respond to telephone requests for information. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Responses received without the required information will be considered non-responsive. Please note that this request for quotation does not commit the United States Senate to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the quotation submitted nor to contract for the purchase of the shuttle buses quoted.
