Description

Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about January 7, 2010. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled for Friday, January 8, 2010 at 10:00 am, CST at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery located at 2900 Sheridan Road, St. Louis, MO 63125. There will be no other scheduled pre-bid site visits. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 pm EST, January 15, 2010. No facsimile proposals will be accepted. Electronic proposals will be accepted provided all documents required by the solicitation are received with the offeror's electronic signature by 2:00 pm EST, January 15, 2010 at Charisse.James@va.gov. Please reference Solicitation Number VA-786-10-RA-0061 on all remittances and electronic correspondences. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation, which are available at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov. See Numbered Note 1.
