- Recovery - Tyrrell Well Drilling. (Eugene) This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). Description of Work: Furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct and develop a water well. Work includes, but is not limited to, all applicable requirements of the Oregon Department of Human Services and Department of Water Resources to develop a potable well water supply; drilling a new water well to approximately 400 feet; well disinfection and testing, and capping for future use. Optional items under this contract shall be well abandonment and drilling a second well. The project is located at the BLM Tyrrell Seed Orchard, 26411 Siuslaw River Road in Lorane, Oregon, Lane County, approximately 20 miles southwest of Eugene. The NAICS code is 237110. The project price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The estimated start work date is February 16, 2010, and performance time is 21 calendar days. Bonds are required: Bid Bond; None, Performance Bond; 20%, Payment Bond; 100%. This solicitation is posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. TAS::14 1112::TAS Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
