- PR IQC09343009075. This solicitation will contain NSN 5855-01-478-5775 and NSN 5855-01-379-2277. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-10-R-0310, will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with 1 base year and 4 option years. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Per Industrial Preparedness Branch review dated December 09, 2009, Surge and Sustainment is not applicable for these NSNs. Economic Pricing Adjustment (EPA) is not applicable and offerors will be required to provide pricing and delivery for the base year and each option period. NSNs are not Critical Safety Items per SAP review on December 23, 2009. NSN 5855-01-478-5775, Case, Infrared Equipment Required delivery is 86 DARO. Approved source is CAGE 55311, P/N 243719-001. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 1,392 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 348 EA and applies to the base year only. NSN 5855-01-379-2277, Filter, Infrared Light Required delivery is 92 DARO. Approved source is CAGE 55311, P/N 209508-100. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 996 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 249 EA and applies to the base year only. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Subcontracting Plan is required. Formal cost and pricing data is required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on January 4, 2010. Solicitation issue date is January 20, 2010. Solicitation closing date is February 19, 2010. The estimated award date is April 15, 2010.
