Description

"Recovery Act" - Information Only: The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHSC) Contracting Office (90C) anticipates awarding Firm Fixed Price construction contract for the structural renovation of Bldg 6 to include installation of foundation piers, install/replace drain system, waterproofing and sealant, reconstruct brick veneer, replace roof and clean and repair designated areas located at the Waco, VAMC, 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas. The method of procurement shall be a Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with Parts 14 and36 of the FAR, with anticipated issue date on or before Jan 15, 2010 and proposed due date of Feb 17, 2010. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision, necessary for the renovation of Bldg 6 located at, Waco VA Hospital. This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), under Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127). The applicable NAISC code is 236220- $33.5 Mil.
