- RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. This opportunity is available only to Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc, 501 North Broadway, Saint Louis, MO 63102-2131. A modification to Work Order 33 for $516,550.00 will be awarded for Construction Management services during the construction phase of project IMO00090, Robert A. Young ARRA Envelope Improvements. This work order is awarded using the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Construction Manager Contract for the geographic area described as the Greater St. Louis Metro Area, including the cities of Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri for GSA Region 6 (GS06P08GZD0001). The FSC Code is R499, NAICS Code 236220, and the size standard is $33,500,000. The work will be performed at the Robert A. Young Federal Building, 1222 Spruce, St. Louis, MO 63103.
