Solicitation: Reference-Number- F1JBAB9342A002 Agency/Office: Department of the Air Force-Air Force Materiel Command Location: ABG - 311 Air Base Group Title: 66 - Instruments and Laboratory Equipment Description(s): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This procurement is for the purchase of a Transmission Loss Impedance Tube Kit (50 Hz- 6.4 kHz) and supporting equipment. 1) 1 Each-Transmission Loss Tube Kit (50 Hz- 6.4 kHz) 2) 1 Each-Sound Calibrator Class 1 and LS, 94 and 114 dB, 1 kHz 3) 1 Each-Adaptor for calibrating ¼" microphones on Calibrator Type 4228 or 4231. 4) 1 Each-Audio Power Amplifier, Stereo 5) 1 Each-Generator, 4/2-ch. Input/output Module LAN-X1 51.2 kHz (Mic, CCLD, V) 6) 1 Each-Detachable 4 Ch. Lemo + 2 Ch. BNC Connector Panel for LAN-X1 Module. 7) 1 Each-Pulse Core Software, 4 Ch. FFT, CPB, Overall Analysis. 8) 1 Each-Annual Software Maintenance and Support Agreement for Pulse FFT & CPB Analysis, 1-4 Channel Node-Locked License 9) 1 Each-Pulse Material Testing, Node-Locked License 10) 1 Each-Annual Software Maintenance and Support Agreement for Pulse Material Testing, Node-Locked License The delivery date of these items is 10 days after receipt of Order (DARO), FOB Destination, Brooks City-Base, TX. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit this requirement under full and open competition under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38 (effective 10 December 2009) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change notice 20091123. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition, FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 also apply to this acquisition. Wide Area Work Flow Procedures also apply to this acquisition. Technical capability will be evaluated by how well the proposed product meets the government requirement instead of predetermined sub-factors. Evaluation Basis for Award: Award will be made to the offeror who has the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS Code is 334515 for this request for proposal. The type contract anticipated is firm-fixed price.
