Description

This acquisition is "AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) project. Contractor shall provide services consisting of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, supervision and incidental necessary to rehabilitate and reconstruct 59.75 km roadway pavement at various location in the state of Arizona on Navajo Reservation. Estimate price range is more than $10,000.00. This is unrestricted and is solicited on an open market basis. The construction policies of FAR Part 36 will be used in conjunction with the negotiation procedures of FAR Part 15 and all requirements for ARRA projects. Offers will be evaluated on a best value basis and a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. All interested firms shall submit a written request for a Request for Proposal package to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Division of Acquisition, Attention: Ella M. Dempsey, 301 West Hill Street, P. O. Box 1060, Gallup, New Mexico 87305 or fax your request to the Attention of Ella M. Dempsey at (505) 863-8382. Telephone requests to obtain the solicitation package will not be accepted. Technical inquiries shall be submitted in writing ten (10) days before the closing date. Offers are due at the above address by 4:30 p.m. (local time), January 28, 2010. All interested firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order receive contracts from the Federal Government. The CCR website address is http://www.ccr.gov
