- Statement of Work The U.S. Border Patrol Tucson Sector has a requirement for Pest Control Management Services throughout the surrounding stations, checkpoints, and facilities. The U.S. Border Patrol Tucson Sector has a need for a thorough inspection which involves exterior and interior locations in the vicinity of the structure. The description of the requirements is listed in the attached Statement of Work. This combined synopsis/solicitation notice for pest control services if for approximately 17 locations. Locations may increase or decrease according to the mission requirements. The anticipated contract will be for a base period of one (1) year from date of award plus four (4) option-year periods. All quotes for this solicitation must quote an annual price for the base period and each of the four (4) option year periods for each location. Please note that each location has a unique fund cite assigned to it so a quote for each location is required to accommodate their budget. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. The following FAR clauses/provisions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52-222-21, 52-216-19, 52-222-26, 52-222-36, 52-227-37, 52-225-13, 52-232-34, 52-216-18. FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. FAR 52-212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. FAR 52-212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, Paragraph (b). FAR 52-212-2 Evaluation-Commercial item. FAR 52-217-8, Option to Extend Services. FAR 52-217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, Paragraph (a). Contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractors Registration (www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (http://orca.bpn.gov). Please provide DUNS number and TIN with quotation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561710. The small business standard is $6.5 million. Vendor must be located within a 200 mile radius of Tucson Sector HQ in order to provide immediate assistance and follow up visits. Wage Determination No: 2005-2023, Revision No: 11 and Wage Determination No: 2005-2025, Revision No: 10 apply as of the date of this synopsis/solicitation. Evaluation criteria are as follows: technical acceptability, price, delivery time and past performance. A single award will be made.
