Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source Basis with the Michigan Department of State Police under the authority of FAR 6.302 for the usage of State Terminal Services. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The access line will be available throughout the calendar year for ATF to use. Michigan Department of State Police is the organization that will satisfy the jurisdiction. Award will be based on meeting the specifications listed and it will be on an All or None basis. An award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Awardee must be registered in the Department of Defense's (DOD) Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) for electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The NAICS code is 922120.
