Description
Solicitation IQC09336009070 will contain one NSN 634-01-067-5449 for a Fire Overheat Detector. End item application/ Weapon System: MISC. This requirement will be solicited for award of a Stock/DLA Direct Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures under commercial terms and conditions. Approved source (s) of supply is Kidde Technologies, Inc, CAGE: 61423, PN 10-1014-1050/625-1. Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) and Maximum Annual Quantity (MAQ) are as follows: EAQ Base and each Option Year: 74 each; MAQ Base and each Option Year: 149 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination/ Inspection /Acceptance: Origin, Delivery Schedule 192 days ARO. Surge coverage is not required for this NSN. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation SPM4A6-10-R-0301 issue date is ESTIMATED at January 7, 2010. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the Offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
