- Purchase Request number IQC09318009031, NSN 2835005459285, BULKHEAD CONNECTOR. The item is to be utilized on an EAGLE F-15 AIRCRAFT. Solicitation SPM4A6-10-R-0315; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED; OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 30 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 30 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 120 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 120 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 240 each for the base and option years. This requirement is in accordance with approved source Transdigm Inc, CAGE 79326, part number GSC101. FOB Destination., Inspection and Acceptance @ Origin. Delivery is 192 days ARO for the base and option years. This procurement does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is January 05, 2010 & closing date of August 29, 2009. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
