- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE USFWS REGION 5 A&E IDIQ CONTRACTS SOUTHERN ZONE. This is not a solicitation. The USFWS Region 5 has a requirement for A&E Design Services to Rehabilitate the Merriam, Nelson and Merriam Garage Buildings at the Patuxent Research Refuge, Laurel, Maryland. It is the intent of the government to award a task/delivery order against an existing IDIQ contract. This contract was awarded under the procedures outlined in FAR Part 36.6 for Architect and Engineering Services. The selected IDIQ vendor is Burgess & Niple, Inc. - Contract No. 501816D005. The task/delivery order will be fixed price. The NAICS code is 541310. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work shall consist of designing the rehabilitation of these buildings with the focus on energy efficiency for the Patuxent Research Refuge, Laurel, Maryland. The final design will be incorporated into a solicitation for the eventual rehabilitation of the buildings.
