- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY ISAVAILABLE ONLY TO 4W SOLUTIONS INC., AUTHORIZED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY ANDREINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. NASA/JSC intends to issue Modification 3 to Call NNJ09JE56T under Blanket PurchaseAgreement (BPA) NNJ09JB70Z to procure additional labor hours for administrative supportservices in support of the placement and administration of construction contracts fundedby the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.NNJ09JB70Z is a fixed price BPA that wasawarded to 4W Solutions Inc. under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program, usingthe Partnership Agreement between NASA and the Small Business Administration inaccordance with FAR 19.8 and the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5). Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. This announcement will not result in a Request for Proposal; this announcement is forinformational purposes only.An Ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B".
