Description

Solicitation N62645-10-R-0001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, 13.5 and 16.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal number is N62645-10-R-0001. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-37 are incorporated. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: http://www.acqnet.gov/far/ and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html. The NAICS code is 334516, with a small business size of 500 employees. There is no set-aside requirement for this solicitation. This is a Full and Open Competition requirement; all qualified vendors are encouraged to submit a proposal. The Naval Medical Logistics Command requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Neisseria Gonorrhoeae and Chlamydia Trachomatis testing on a cost per test basis in accordance with the Statement of Work below at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, California.
