RECOVERY- PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBERS: W912DY-09-D-0035, AMERESCO; W912DY-09-D-0036, Honeywell Products, Inc.; W912DY-09-D-0037, Johnson Controls Building Automation; W912DY-09-D-0038, Siemens Government Services, Inc.; W912DY-09-D-0039, TAC Americas; W912DY-09-D-0040, TENG & Associates, Inc.; W912DY-09-D-0041, Trane U.S., Inc.; and W912DY-09-D-0041, Williams Electric Company, Inc. These contractors hold contracts under Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for the UMCS III Program. Summary: Contractor shall design, furnish labor and materials, and perform work for the installation of a pre-cooling module and upgraded controls for the 24-MW General Electric Backup Generator at the corner of Jeb Stuart Road and Chaffee Road, Fort Bliss, Texas. Provide engineering for technical solution for cooling and controls with respect to performance based outcomes to optimize operational efficiencies.
