- FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Paul Herink, RDER-PRA-GD, (732)-532-0216 This is a market survey to locate additional supply sources for Alternator, NSN 2920-01-501-5551, P/N N1379-1, produced by C.E. Niehoof & Co., CAGE 76761. The alternator is P/O the MEP-952B, 5 kW Auxiliary Power Unit. This acquisition is for a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Flexible Long Term Contract (FLTC) with low, medium, and high quantities ranging up to 30/year. The first year quantity is estimated to be 15. No technical data is available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing this item must so indicate, by writting to Commander, USA CERDEC, ATTN: RDER-PRA-GD, Building 1200W, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. The response must include production lead time, production capacity by month, surge capacity, number of years part will be available, estimated unit pricing for each year, ranges for price breaks if applicable, or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the parts. The response should also include documentation such as copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source, or a statement from a listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with these items from the supplier list above. The successful supplier will be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
