Description

PURCHASE OF ONE (1) EACH NEW CNC SINGLE SPINDLE MILLING MACHINE WITH THREE (3) AXIS POSITIONING AND CONTOURING, LINEAR AND CIRCULAR INTERPOLATION CAPABILITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH WATERVLIET ARSENAL EQUIPMENT ENGINEERING SPECIFICATION #13-10-3417. ONE YEAR WARRANTY AFTER GOVERNMENT FINAL ACCEPTANCE REQUIRED. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED-PRICED CONTRACT. POC: P. HASCHYTZ, CONTRACT SPECIALIST 518-266-3933, G. MANGIONE, CONTRACTING OFFICER 518-266-5439. ESTIMATED DATE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE: 7 JANUARY 2010. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed under Watervliet Arsenal. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. CCR/ORCA Notice: In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Certifications and Representations (ORCA) must be current.
