- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Deval Corporation, Philadelphia, PA for the procurement of Qty (4) Adapter, Lift Load Weapon Skid, P/N: 787AS200 which is a requirement for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) F/A-18F Program. The Weapon Skid Adapter is designed to mount on Weapons Skid MHU-191 and is used with a variety of adapters to lift and position armament and maintenance devices to the aircraft. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
