Description

RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, is issuing a modification under the existing Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) task order number GS-P-05-10-GB-5006 for M. A. Mortenson Company. The purpose of this modification is to exercise Option 1 - Construction Phase Services for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 for the Modernization of 10 W. Jackson, 18 W. Jackson and 230 S. State Street Federal Building in Chicago, IL in the amount of $17,618,729.00.
