- Project 568-09-116, Renovate Nursing Home Care Unit: This project will renovate several areas of existing space in NHCU wards E and G to provide for patient and staff improvements. Total area of renovation is approximately 1,200 SF. Work will include demolition of interior construction, new partitions and finishes, mechanical and electrical work. Award of this project will be in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006. It is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs must register in the VetBiz.gov Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database, available at www.VetBiz.gov, to be eligble for award. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. Estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 236220, P&S: Z-149.
