RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, is issuing a modification under the existing Construction Manager as Construction (CMc) task order number GSP0510SL0055/GS05P10SLD0005, which was awarded on December 14, 2009 for Preconstruction Phase Services in the amount of $2,500.00 to F.H. Paschen, S.N. Nielsen & Associates, LLC. The purpose of this modification is to exercise Option 1 - Construction Phase Services for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, BAS System and recommissioning at the Potter Stewart U.S. Courthouse, 100 East Fifth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio for the guaranteed maximum price of $318,240.00
