- This is the second solicitation notice for a requirements contract for construction of individual water wells, small community wells, individual water system and other required appurtenances on Indian Reservations in San Diego and, Riverside Counties, CA served by the IHS Escondido District Office. The contract will be for one year with a one option for one additional year. Requests for the IFB must be in writing. Fax no. is 916-930-3952. No telephone requests will be honored. The estimated amount of this acquisition is between $250,000 and $500,000. It is anticipated that the IFB will be issued on or around January 4,2010. Those who already submitted a request for the IFB do not need to send a new request.
