- RECOVERY American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 0f 2009 (ARRA) THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY The Department of Labor, Office of Inspector General is issuing Request for Quotes (RFQ) DOL10GRQ20027 and available only to contractors under General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) 520 Financial and Business Solutions (FABS), 520.7 Financial and Performance Audits. The NAICS is 541211 with a size standard of $8.5 million. The award will be a Firm-fixed Price Contract. The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a firm fixed priced contract for audit services for the Recovery Act Audit of Workforce Investment Act Competitive Grants for High-Growth Workers; and Recovery Act Audit of Unemployment Insurance Modernization Grants to States.
