- The Point of Contact for this action is Jason VanLuven, Contract Specialist, email jason.vanluven@us.army.mil. The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Electro-Optical Imaging, Inc, 4300 Fortune Pl, STE C, West Melbourne, FL 32904. The contractor is the original manufacturer and the sole-proprietor of the E-O Imaging Model 603/606 Video Trackers currently in use at Aberdeen Test Center. Using proprietary information, the contractor shall provide the upgrade and retrofit of the these video trackers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516, and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 1:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, Monday, December 16, 2009.
