- CONVERSION OF JLG 1350SJP (AERIAL WORK PLATFORM)TO JLG 1100SJP SHIPBOARD MACHINE. THIS CONFIGURATION WILL GIVE THE UNIT A THREE(3) SLOPE CAPABILITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANSI REQUIREMENTS. Statement of Work: This Statement of Work outlines the services necessary to convert a single JLG 1350SJP ("Aerial Work Platform") to an 1100SJP Shipboard ("1100SJP") Services Required:Design and update the software package of the Unit to allow for a three (3) degree slope capability, test and validate the 1100SJP and deliver the 1100SJP to Customer (the "Services") by performing the following steps, which are detailed in section 3: a) Design and analysis - design the necessary software, engineering drawings, decal and manual generation necessary to convert unit to the configuration of the 1100SJP Shipboard. b) Update software to meet three (3) degree slope capability c) Stability and strain gauge testing and documentation d) Manual Updates: Parts, Service, Operators, and Training materials - update the Service, Parts, and Operators manuals to reflect the new configuration (operation, three degree capability, and engineering drawings) of the 1100SJP. Training material updates will also be made to reflect the new configuration in accordance with ANSI requirements for operatione) Paint machine yellow, stencil, and decal replacement f) Perform OSHA required annual inspection - perform the OSHA required annual inspection on the unit in accordance with ANSI requirements and document the inspectiong) Install Hostile Environment kit h) Perform hydraulic and engine service i) Conduct On-site Operator Training- conduct on-site operators and safety training for the customer located and Norfolk, VA. Upon completion of requirement the end product shall be:An 1100SJP Shipboard ("1100SJP"); (converted from 1350SJP)B. Updated manuals in electronic format; C. Including all services stated above.
