- NSN 4320-01-494-7494, Seal Assembly, Shaft, Spring Loaded. I/A/W Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. (78286) part number 70968-08502-102 and Rexnord Industries, LLC (91587) part number 16-2865-1. Quantity of 81 each to be delivered to Tracy, CA in 210 days after date of award; quantity of 104 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA in 210 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 30 Dec 09. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are Sikorsky Aricraft Corp. and Rexnord Industries, LLC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
