- Description
- The United States Government seeks expressions of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing commercial office and related space. The Government presently occupies, and is seeking interest for approximately 14,303 rentable square feet, yielding 12,437 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office and related space along with one (1) reserved on-site parking space within the building. The office shall be first class office space and be located in a new or modern office building that projects a professional and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The Government will consider relocation only if a move is economically advantageous and will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate. Occupancy would be required by no later than December 31, 2010. This advertisement is not a basis for negotiation. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest and give consideration to properties other than those offered in response to this advertisement. AMOUNT: 14,303 rentable square feet, yielding 12,437 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office and related space along with one (1) reserved on-site parking space within the building LOCATION: Offered space must be within the following delineated area: North: Raymond Blvd South: East Kinney Street East: McCarter Highway West: Broad Street REQUIRED: Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. Additionally, various security enhancements shall also be required. TERM: The proposed lease is for five (5) years, two (2) years firm, and should be fully serviced.
