Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7, is soliciting proposals for procurement and delivery of heating and aviation fuel. This solicitation will result in a indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract including one Base Year and four Option Years. The contractor shall deliver fuel via truck on an as needed basis to the following locations:HEATING FUEL OIL (Grade #1):1.) One - 1000 gallon tank located adjacent to the Refuge Headquarters at 40 Tonzona, McGrath, Alaska. 2.) One - 300 gallon tank located at small shop adjacent to Quarters #2 at 100 Chinana Ave, McGrath, Alaska.3.) Two - 500 gallon tanks located at Quarters #1 at 153 G. Street, McGrath, Alaska.4.) Two - 500 gallon tanks located at Quarters #2 at 100 Chinana Ave, McGrath, Alaska.5.) One - 500 gallon tank located at Quarters #3 at 1 Amos Ave, McGrath, Alaska.6.) One - 500 gallon tank located at quarters at 251 Chinana Ave, McGrath, Alaska.7.) One - 300 gallon tank located at quarters at 251 Chinana Ave, McGrath, Alaska.8.) One - 500 gallon tank located at quarters at 6 Amos Ave, McGrath, Alaska.9.) One - 500 gallon tank located at quarters at 8 Mespelt Ave, McGrath, Alaska. AVGAS (100 low lead):1.) One - 250 gallon tank located on Refuge fuel tank truck located at 40 Tonzona, McGrath, Alaska. The solicitation issue date will be approximately December 15, 2009. The solicitation number is 70181AR014. The estimated closing date will be December 30, 2009 at 9:00am, Alaska Time.
