- This is a re-issuance of W912DW-09-B-0004. Download the solicitation at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_view.cfm?psolicitationnbr=W912DW10B0003 Maintenance dredging of a portion of the Federal Duwamish waterway shall be performed from station 254+00 and continue upstream to station 275+56. This work shall be performed by a mechanical dredge and bottom-dump barge. The bottom-dump barge (scow) shall be equipped with Silent Inspector monitoring system as described in paragraph Silent Inspector. The Corps now requires that all scows be equipped with this monitoring system. All dredged material from the Duwamish navigation channel shall be deposited at the WA Department of Natural Resources Elliott Bay open-water site. Placement of dredged material at the Elliott Bay disposal site shall be performed by bottom-dump scow. Dredging includes removal and disposal of all materials as specified herein or indicated on the drawings. All shoals shall be removed within the described area to the required dredging prism despite any changes that may have occurred in their volume, dimensions, or locations between the date of the condition survey and date of pre-dredging survey. Magnitude of Construction: $500,000 to $1,000,000 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $20 Million. This procurement is open to both large and small business. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $20 million.
