Attachment 3 Drawings, including List of Drawings Exhibit A thru E, Pricing Schedules Attachment 1(b) Army Specifications Attachment 5 Past Performance Questionaire SF1442 Solicitation Attachment 1 Air Force Specifications Attachment 2 AF Form 66, Schedule of Material Submittals Attachment 4 Drawing of toilet facility IDIQ Contract to Abate asbestos and lead-based paint Kadena Air Base and Various US Military Installations, Okinawa, Japan. The work consists of asbestos (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP) abatement at US Military installations on the main island of Okinawa, Japan. It includes, but is not limited to, enclosure, removal, and disposal of existing friable and non-friable asbestos containing materials and leader-based paint installed in various facilities; also includes any other related work necessary for a complete and usable facility, in accordance with the specifications and drawings such as the removal of ceiling, floor tiles, wall siding, insulation, cement board, wall board, carpet, etc; removal of interior lead-base paint, exterior lead-based paint; sampling and analysis of asbestos and lead-based paint; transportation of contaminated products to disposal site, including disposal and landfill fees. The date, time, and meeting place for the pre-proposal conference will be identified in the solicitation. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is estimated between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 in accordance with DFARS 236.204. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN, AWARD CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN
