- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items associated with NSN: 5330-00-331-5586, P/N 4001642, estimated quantity of 2147, Item: Seal Ring, Metal; and NSN: 3040-01-320-4262, P/N 4074709, estimate quantity of 700, Connecting Link, Rig. The foregoing items are targeted for the Pratt & Whitney Corporate Contract, SPM-400-01-D-9405. Pratt & Whitney is the only known source of supply, and the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 (See Note 22). This item is configuration controlled; source controlled, to United Technologies, Pratt & Whitney (52661); unrestricted. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be December 21, 2009 with a closing date of January 20, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (https://wwwdibbs.bsm.dla.mil) on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
