- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 75,000 to 100,000 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The Government will consider awarding in increments from 10,000 to 90,000 ABOA square feet. The Government reserves the right to award less than the total square footage advertised herein, make multiple awards totaling more or less than the total square footage advertised herein. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building’s ownership. LEASE TERM: Up to 48 months. LOCATION: Point of Beginning: The intersection of Ohio River Rd and County Road 1 continuing South on County Road 1 to Spurlock Creek Road (Left Fork Spurlock Creek)/County Road 21. Continue on Spurlock Creek Road (Left Fork Spurlock Creek)/County Road 21 to County Road 1/Union Ridge Road/Howells-Mill. Continue on County Road 1/Union Ridge to Road/Howells-Mill to Route 60. Continue west on Route 60 to Davis Creek Road/WV Alt 10. South on Davis Creek Road/WV Alt 10 to Route 10/16th Street. Continue on Route 10/16th Street to 8th Avenue. Continue on 8th Avenue to 5th Street West. 5th Street West to Memorial Blvd West. Memorial Blvd West to James River Rd. James River Rd to Vernon Street. Vernon Street to Bradley Road. Bradley Road to Court Street West. Court Street West to the Ohio River. Ohio River to the intersection of Ohio River Rd and County Road 1. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: If you desire to submit a location for consideration, please forward information by 5:00 PM EST, Friday, December 18, 2009. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, 1/8 inch scale drawing of space offered, available ABOA square feet offered and rental rate per ABOA square foot, Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable, and Owner’s name and address and written statement from owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property. This Special Notice does not address requirements in their entirety. Successful bid will need to meet all requirements as detailed within the Solicitation for Offers specifications.
