- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; requests for written quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The anticipated award date is 03 February 2010. The Utah Air National Guard intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Billeting for members of the Utah ANG. Quotations are being sought from vendors located in Salt Lake City Approximately 1 - 2 times per month, Friday and Saturday night stays, single and double room occupancy, the number of rooms requited per month varies as needed - average number of rooms required is between 8 - 22 per month. All offers must include the name and address of the offered facility. Offerors must include with their quotation: DUNNS number, Cage Code, Tax Identification Number, and completed FAR Clause 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - -Commercial Items. All firms or individuals responding must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation incorporates the following provisions and clauses: FAR 52.2121, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items (Jan 2005). FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items (Jan 1999) The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government needs, (ii) Price, (iii) Past Performance. The relative order of importance of the evaluation factors are in descending order of importance. When combined Technical Capability and Past Performance, are approximately equal to price.
