Description
AFTAC - VGSA (DRAFT) ESAS - DD254 Attachments ESAS - DD254 Signed ESAS - CDRLs (DRAFT) ESAS - PWS (DRAFT) THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This is a Request for Information (RFI) to get industry comments regarding a possible contract award for Expert Scientific & Analytical Support (ESAS) services located at the Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC), Patrick AFB Florida. These services are designed to advance Department of Defense (DoD) technical capabilities in nuclear treaty monitoring, R&D of advanced detection technologies to support the counter proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and other applied technologies. A portion of the effort will enhance national capabilities to detect, locate, identify, assess, and report in near-real-time all atmospheric and space nuclear detonations (NUDETs) in coordination with other government agencies. Please review the information included in the uploaded DRAFT attachment(s) and provide written comments (via fax or e-mail) by 18 December 09 to Mr. Craig S. Davis, AF ISR Agency/A7KC, Patrick AFB, Florida. Fax: (321)494-5403, E-mail: craig.davis@patrick.af.mil. AF ISR Agency/A7KC anticipates posting the solicitation O/A 1 March 2010. The contract type is anticipated to be a single award Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with delivery/task orders being awarded for requirements as needed. The NAICS code is 541712 and the size standard is 500 employees. Proposals will be accepted from all interested responsible and responsive parties. Estimated award date will be O/A 1 July 2010. Upon approval, the contract is anticipated to include a 7-month basic period with five, one-year option periods (1 July 2010 through 31 January 2016), with the majority of the performance being located at PAFB, FL. Contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR) to be awarded DoD contracts.
