- In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), The Europe District US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking information from contractors who can provide all management, supervision, personnel, supplies, materials, equipment, vehicles and services necessary to perform military family housing maintenance and repair services in Army Family Housing (AFH) and Leased Housing (LH) associated with the USAG Vicenza in and around Vicenza, Italy. Specific tasks would include, but not be limited to: pest control, maintenance and repair of playgrounds, gates, and fences; interior painting; interior and exterior spot painting, and cleaning; landscaping and emergency roof system repair. The contractor shall perform related services such as preparing and submitting required reports, performing administrative work and submitting specified information. We would like to know the following: 1) Who can provide the work as required above? 2) Ideas on how the work should be priced. 3) Any other issues or concerns? Open for response/feedback. The Federal Supply Code is Z299; the NAICS code is 238990. Responses are due no later than 28 December 2009 and should be addressed to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District, Konrad Adenauer Ring 39, Wiesbaden, Germany 65187, ATTN: Ms Amy Kelm (CENAU-CT) or e-mailed to amy.a.kelm@usace.army.mil. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this market survey nor return the data provided. This is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a Request for Quotations or Proposals (RFQ/RFP) or an announcement of a solicitation.
