Description

The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Massena, New York at Massena Airport. The Government requires 280 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 280 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as as part of the rental consideration.
