- United States Government Seeks Leased Warehouse/Office Space In Queens, New York Star #: 9NY2130 The United States Government seeks to lease warehouse space and related office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 4,500 ANSI BOMA SF of Warehouse space with a truck height loading dock and rollup doors and a 500 SF of office space in Queens, N.Y. The Government will require one secured parking space for a Government vehicle. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: to Grand Central Parkway South: to Roosevelt Ave East: to College Point Blvd West: to Steinway St The proposed lease is for ten ( 10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 01, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
