- Single award term contract for Department of the Treasury/IRS. Beginning January 1, 2010, and ending December 31, 2010, with four possible options years. Quality Level 3 is required. These specifications cover the production of various newsletters requiring such operations as electronic prepress/filmmaking, proofs, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: approximately 10 - 12 orders per year from each of 10 locations - usually issued on a monthly basis. QUANTITY: Approximately 3,000 to 8,000 copies per order. NUMBER OF PAGES: 8 to 16 pages. TRIM SIZE: 8-1/2 x 11". Deliver f.o.b. contractor's city to multiple locations. Complete production and delivery is required within 3 to 4 workdays. Complete specifications will be available on the Atlanta GPO web site once they are issued. Target date for availability is December 9, 2009.
