- Revised SOW Amendment to extend due date for proposals and add a revised SOW Proposals are due 30 Dec 09 at 2:00pm CST. A revised SOW is posted for your use. --EFFECTIVE- 4 DECEMBER 2009-- There will be a ONE TIME pre-bid site visit held on 22 December 2009 at 2:00pm CST. You must submit the names of a maximum of 2 people from your company to the Contract Specialist, Bill Akins via e mail no later than 17 December 2009 COB. In your e mail you must let us know if you need access to the base. If you fail to tell us you will not be authorized a pass on the day of the pre-bid site visit. THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY SUSPENED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! Effective 20 Nov 2009. Please E MAIL your proposals to leigh.nunn@tinker.af.mil by 1:00pm CST on 25 Nov 09. Please DO NOT FAX your proposal. We be in a new office location by the due date and at this time I do not know what that fax number is. In order to be certain that your proposal is received by the due date and time please send via e mail. The contractor is responsible for furnishing a work plan, as described in the SOW (Statement of Work), plant, labor, equipment, instruments, materials, transpotation, and incidentals required to install a fully operational Plasma Spray System Booths at Tinker AFB, OK 73145. A Firm Fixed Price contract is comtemplated. Per FAR Clause 52.212-1 of the solicitation the Government intends to evaluate offers and AWARD the contract without dicussions with offerors. Therefore, your initial offer should contain your best terms from a price and technical standpoint. Please read this clause in its entirety.
