- *RECOVERY* THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY as required by FAR subpart 5.7 "Publicizing Requirement under the American Recovery and Reinvestment of 2009" The specific requirement is FAR 5.704 (a) (2). This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. It is intent of the Forest Service to use an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Install concrete toilet buildings to upgrade infrasture in recreation developed sites at the Green Mountain & Funger Lakes National Forest.
