DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 5,003 rentable square feet of contiguous office space yielding a minimum of 4,350 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (previously usable). GSA requires fifteen (15) surface parking spaces for use by Government employees. Moderately priced eateries and other employee services must be located within one-quarter mile of the site. TENANT: Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the following delineated area of Folsom, California. North: East Natoma Street East: Empire Ranch Road South: Highway 50 West: The American River Both sides of boundary streets shall be considered. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for seven (7) years, five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern office space. The space shall be altered to meet the Government’s requirements, shall have a fully serviced rent structure, shall be fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, and shall conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). The Government prefers contiguous space.
